You can change the products of your order *
within 30 days
from the date it was received, through our eshop, or at on of our stores in Vrilissia, Peristeri, Menidi and Aigaleo.
Physical stores cannot proceed with money refunds.Money refunds can only be processed through the online store (www.coolclub.gr).For purchases via SKROUTZ, you should contact SKROUTZ for any returns and/or money refunds.
In the event that you wish to modify your order, you must follow the below steps:
STEP 1
You will make a new order via our eshop

You will select the products of your choice and place them in your online basket.
You will select as way of payment cash on delivery.
We will remove any cash on delivery charges and delivery cost when your order gets invoiced.
Attention:You have to write down `ORDER CHANGE` in the field `add a comment for your order`. This is the only way to understand that thιs specific order concerns a change.
STEP 2
You have to visit an
ELTA Courier
agency and send us back the package that you want to return at our own charge, if this is your first order change. You must include the receipt or the gift receipt in your package.For returns via

When we get the package back and it goes through the necessary quality control, we will immediately send you your new order.
Our company cooperates with ELTA courier, and the orders are returned to the below address:

In case you wish to get a refund, you will follow step 2.
Refunds take place within 15 days of request/return of the order.
